1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sync Dispatch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sync Dispatch provides transportation management software including load dispatching, fleet tracking, driver management, and related logistics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Subscription

Sync Dispatch offers subscription plans with a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sync Dispatch are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sync Dispatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sync Dispatch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

📱 SMS & A2P 10DLC Messaging Terms

Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our signup or contact forms, you explicitly consent to receive SMS marketing messages from Sync Dispatch at the phone number provided. This consent is:

  • Voluntary: Not required to purchase or use our services
  • Revocable: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP or contacting support
  • Not Shared: Your phone number is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing

Message Frequency: Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your account activity.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message from Sync Dispatch or by contacting support@syncdispatch.com. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Carrier Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Message and data rates may apply. Sync Dispatch does not charge for incoming SMS messages.

A2P 10DLC Compliance: Sync Dispatch is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for A2P 10DLC messaging compliance. Our messaging campaigns are fully registered and comply with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without opting in to SMS communications by using email notifications instead.
